Who we are

AT360 Indústria (SU), Lda ("AT360") is the entity responsible for the personal data collected through this website. For any privacy-related question, contact us at geral@at360.co.ao.

What data we collect

When you send a quotation request through the contact form, we collect the data you provide: company name, your name, email, telephone (optional), requested product, estimated quantity, delivery location (optional) and the details of your request. We also record the date and time of submission, the language used and an anonymised technical identifier of the device (a hash of the IP address), used solely to prevent abuse and automated submissions.

What we use the data for

• To answer your commercial request and prepare a proposal.
• To contact you by email, telephone or WhatsApp, where you have given those details, to clarify or follow up on the request.
• To keep an internal record of the requests received.

We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell or pass it on to third parties outside the scope of your request. The data is processed on the basis of your consent and of our legitimate interest in answering the contact you addressed to us.

How long we keep the data

Requests are kept for as long as needed for their commercial follow-up and, by default, are automatically deleted 24 months after receipt, unless a legal obligation or a contractual relationship justifies a different period.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data concerning you, to have it corrected where it is inaccurate or incomplete, to request its deletion and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email geral@at360.co.ao stating your name and, if you have it, the reference of your request.

Cookies and analytics

This website works without tracking cookies. We store in your browser only your language preference and, where applicable, your choice regarding cookies. If analytics tools or other third-party scripts are used, they are only activated after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Security

Data is stored on servers controlled by AT360 and protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised users and logging of the operations performed.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
